spastic torticalis (or something like that, heaven help us if i can read my doctor's handwriting...). that is what i'm suffering from. i can't raise, lower, or move my head to either side without pain. my right arm hurts if i raise it above my head. my left arm is sore because i used it to hold a heat pack to my right shoulder...so, in other words, i'm useless. and will prolly be that way all weekend. i couldn't carry my drum, it was too much weight. technically i shouldn't have even been marching, but i did anyway...i was on muscle relaxer, but i felt just fine. i felt like an idiot though, i was the only person without an instrument, and i think everyone could tell. oh well. at least i'll have all weekend to recover so i can hold my drum up on monday...
