a thought: texas, if they win their next two games, is poised to be in a major bowl game. (for bowl predictions see here) i've been hearing the words "rose bowl" on more than one set of lips here in austin, which would be absolutely amazing.... i mean, marching in the rose bowl parade, doing all that stuff, going to california... rock on, baby! the only downside to all this is that, if we do get selected for the rose bowl and i am able to go (still not sure who goes to bowl games; guess i'll find out soon enough...), i'll miss new year's eve and new years day for sure in southlake because the game is 1/1/04. which makes me sad, especially since some of my bestest friends in the whole wide world will be in town for new year's.... so i guess my question for you guys (specifically jen and liz because you guys will be visiting southlake) is, if you know, when will you be in town? will it be more than just a few days? will i get to see you? i'd be very very sad if i didn't..... you guys still mean so very much to me... you guys are my best friends and always will be....
