i've decided that there is really such a thing as worrying oneself to death. it's a very slow process, but it does happen. it begins when you start worrying over something. this worrying constantly gives one a constant sick feeling in their stomach, as if they just ate something unpleasant. this feeling consequently makes one lose their appetite, so they don't eat anything. this is a bad thing if the person in question is like me and their blood sugar takes a nosedive if they don't eat something in the morning, but what can one do when everything looks and smells repulsive? i've done this enough to know that one time won't kill you, but over time it might lead to problems that might. and that's how you worry yourself to death. i suppose the easy way to make this all stop would be to stop worrying, but, alas, it's not that easy. i only wish it were so. i wish i could "not worry" as i'm commanded to do by the bible. i need more strength and yet more dependence. or at least a good kick in the pants...
