we got the beat

i came home early from working TSSEC yesterday with an incredibly sore throat that continued to get worse throughout the day and night. after a visit to the doctor at 8:30 am, i discovered that-yay!-i have a nasty case of strep throat. that's right. feel sorry for me. :-( fortanutely joseph drove up and hung out with me yesterday night and today; i most likely gave him strep too but that's just the amazing boyfriend he is right? dunno if i'm gonna go work TSSEC tomorrow. i sure as heck hope not. that would incredibly suck. so i've spent most of the day in my bed attempting to sleep. i really don't know if i can anymore. maybe i'll try later. laurel's parents brought me honey and tea and chicken noodle soup. awesome. that's the highlight of my day. that and the shot of penicillin i took in the butt earlier. whoo.
