potluck posting

... so called because i keep thinking of different, random, things to post-like a potluck dinner-get it eh eh eh eh eh?!?

by the way (as promised), dusty mangum and ramonce taylor are my new facebook buddies. i'm pretty sure it was one of those moments where they look at my picture/profile and say "okay, she's hot and i've never met her but i already have like a million facebook buddies who i don't know so what's one more". hahaha. who is this girl in the mirror, anyway?

camping was AWESOME. it really went very smoothly, with no major mishaps-the weather was the best it's been in at least a week for both days we were there, albeit extremely breezy this morning when we went to the top of enchanted rock. pictures to come when i get them. i left my memory card plugged into my computer so couldn't take any for myself. but yeah. good times. i love you girls.

things are really, really getting better. every once in a while something reminds me of how things used to be and i feel a really sharp pang of sadness. but those moments are becoming few and far between, and when they do happen (like this afternoon, for example) it's easier to pull myself out of it and get back to life as usual. hopefully this trend will continue when i actually start running in the same circles as him again...

days to my birthday: 11(!!!!!) -any ideas on something fun to do? i'll probably want to go out to eat or something-jess's parents are throwing a small soiree for blake and i, and there's always the pirate party that friday night... already excited about that. i'm going to be the best damn wench evaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrr :-)
