tell me all your thoughts on god

you would think i would've learned by now: caffeine in almost any amount after about 10 pm is very bad for the stephie. but at least i was productive tonight :-)

i had this ongoing trend in high school where people i was close to-or anyone for that matter, i suppose-only showed me their nice sides, the sides of them that never gossiped or were mean. it took other people in my life to expose their uglier sides-the ones that talked about other people viciously, who taunted, who teased, who were just plain mean... i just didn't know about these things. this is all happening again. history repeats itself. in some ways, i guess i haven't changed at all. except now i'm a leader in title and hopefully in action, and people (i think) look up to me and (again, i think) come to me to help them sort out conflict. i've spent twenty years of my life believing that everyone is good at heart and has everyone else's interests in mind with the decisions they make. do i really have to alter that way of thinking now?

i think this is the only bad thing to be said about being an optimist-you're never pleasantly suprised by people.

clueless was on VH1 tonight. i wish i could've seen it..

but anyway, on to other things: i'm sick and i got stung by a bee yesterday. once again, i am a mess. but this weekend (posse all night friday, game and alumni gourd party saturday, chris tomlin concert saturday) was really, really amazing.

speaking of concerts, who wants to go to the nickel creek concert with me on november 4th at stubbs? it's going to be AMAZING. i can feel it already :-)

the same holds true for relient k, oct. 15. fo' sheezy.

Hey steph, I'm jealous! Nickel creek? Reliant K? You are pretty darn lucky.
I hope whatever's going on or bothering you sorts itself out for the best.

One minor correction Kuester... I wasn't nice to you in high school, and I will continue being not nice. Ah the joys of selective memory.
