would you like paper or plastic?
so i decided that last post was kinda stupid and unnecessary. i was mourning the passing of my teenage years. but i've decided that being a twenty-something (or twenty-nothing?) is pretty cool itself.
thank you to EVERYONE who made my birthday really, really awesome. i've decided the facebook is awesome mostly because that's how people know it's your birthday. i can't even tell you how many wonderful people i'm acquainted with noticed and wished me a wonderful day. it was really, really refreshing to see that there were people that care enough to take a few seconds to show it, and it made me want to be that kind of person as well.
THEN there was hula hut last night. it really meant a lot to have everyone come out and celebrate with me. it made my birthday really really special :-) the fried banana boat thingie is AWESOME, by the way! so were the fajitas... yaaay for lunch leftovers :-) and the best thing is that i get to celebrate my (and blaker's) birthday this weekend too at jessica's with friends, as well as a little something else that can be described in precisely one syllable: arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
in short, you like me! you really, really like me!... and i really, really, REALLY love ya'll. so thanks.
okay, off to get some work done before prowl meeting and symphony band concert (come! 8 pm in bates! wind ensemble plays afterwards!). i refused to do any work last night, and so i have a real feeling i'm going to be hating life tonight...
