gone but not forgotten

bridge and lyd say they miss my updates. i kind of miss my updates too. why aren't i posting as much? i think it has less to do with me being really busy as it does with me not really having that much to talk about. not that there's ever anything THAT exciting happening in my life on a day-to-day basis, but right now there's even less than usual. every time i write i feel like i'm saying the same things: school's fine, longhorn band (all drama aside) is fine, paul and i are fantastic, i have no free time, etc. why repeat myself? so, a big shoutout to my gals in iowa and edinburgh (respectively) for letting me know that someone still checks for updates on this dust-covered piece of the world wide web.

i guess i can think of a few moderately interesting things, namely that OU weekend is finally upon us and i am psyched. i don't want to jinx my team in any way, but i think this COULD be the year... and if it is, it'll probably be one of the best weekends i've had in college, which is saying quite a bit. the one thing that sucks is that i'm not visiting southlake this weekend because my family is actually going to be trading places with me-in austin for my cousin's wedding which i'm quite upset i can't attend *pout*. seriously, i don't think my uncle had any say in choosing the date for his daughter's wedding, because come on people-what self-respecting longhorn fan plans an event like that the day of the red river shootout? nobody, that's who.

so anyway. i'm not going home. southlake, i'll catch you in december. i don't know if i'm sad or happy about that.

and speaking of football, the colorado game is at 2:30 pm which means that i can attend the RELIENT K concert that night!! seriously, if you want to go with me, you should let me know.

the most recent facebook group i joined was "i like to self-diagnose myself on webmd.com". hahaha, that is so true. que hypochondriac soy...

my girlfriends have all been out on dates with people recently, which is enough to keep my social life happy most of the time. it's good to see them smiling and excited, if not sleep-deprived :-)

yeah, i ran out of exciting things to say. if anybody thinks of an interesting topic for me to discuss, leave comments. otherwise, at least for the time being, you're going to get more stupid pointless crap like above.

have a superfantastic rest of the week!

hey! Its the little details which count!...so keep it up! ;)

I'll be "catching Southlake" in december as well, so you had better be there! I would suck if I don't get to see you then, especially if, by some miracle, I manage to come back here next semester.

As for webmd.com....I may be guilty there too.....
