okay, real quick bitchfest.

why on earth is it that i am, in my last semester at UT, taking the HARDEST CLASS i've ever taken? in my last semester, i am freaking out over tests more than i have in any other class? ridiculous. this class i'm taking - the psychology of language - was seriously, seriously, SERIOUSLY misnamed. i thought when i signed up that it would be theories of communication, perhaps a study of language disorders, maybe a little bit on speech production and perception... and you know what it is? it's the EVOLUTIONARY physiology of language. and yeah, last time i checked, most of the stuff i'm currently studying doesn't fall under psychology at all. grr. it's ridiculously hard. and just because i'm me, i can't just let it go and trust that i'm going to do okay, and if i don't, who cares because i'm still going to grad school in the fall.

GRRR. i can't believe the amount of material that is on this test!

okay, back to studying
